Scope of Practice & Professional Boundaries

At Samskara Lifestyle & Health, I take a holistic, supportive, and client-centred approach to wellbeing.

I am a qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and a member of the UK Health Coaches Association (UKHCA). I am also a qualified yoga teacher.

My work combines yoga, breathwork, and lifestyle guidance to support women in building sustainable habits for long-term health and wellbeing.

My Role

As a health coach and yoga teacher, I support clients to:

  • develop greater self-awareness

  • build sustainable lifestyle habits

  • improve overall wellbeing

  • reconnect with their bodies through movement and breath

  • navigate periods of change, including stress, burnout, and hormonal transitions

My approach is educational, supportive, and empowering.

Professional Boundaries

I do not:

  • diagnose medical conditions

  • prescribe treatment or medication

  • interpret medical test results

  • replace the advice of a GP, consultant, or other licensed healthcare professional

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical advice where needed.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • their own health decisions

  • seeking medical clearance where appropriate

  • practising within their own limits during yoga and movement sessions
